During the summer of my junior year of high school I went to work in New Yorkwith a company called Primal RC. At Primal I worked with their engineer and used tools such as Fusion360 to create parts for their lineup of products.
Created adaptors for wheel hubs of scale Dodge Challenger in order to attach third-party wheels
Disassembled and Rebuilt a Malfunctioning Engine from a client's RC.
This is the section analysis of the front adaptor. This is the final design of the adaptor joined with a 3D model of the wheel hub, all split in half to reveal the inner components.
This is the entire adaptor that I designed to fit onto the car and the wheel. (The same as above but without the split view or the wheel)
This is the fully disassembled part that slides out of the knuckle, as seen above.
